Time management

I am always early and I do not like being late and i always turn up half and hour early or 45 minutes so I can get things done or ask the right questions to gain the right answers. If i am late i could miss out on asking or hearing vital information in the class and a saying i use is if you are on time you are late and if your late you are late. It is best to turn up early, that way you can you plan out what needs to be done or check with the lecturer when your work is or due or simply catch up on work you have missed.

When you are early it shows that you are are ready to go and it’s great to show employers you have good time management skills because if you’re late it can put a damper on your day and miss the important stuff. If you are late you might have a kid who is sick or car troubles or whatever the issue might be and they will understand. It is best to be honest than make some excuse why you are late for that.

I have been late a few times but i either rang ahead or texted stating why i am going to be late. If i need to catch up on a few things then i’ll stay behind and work or see what needs to be done about this. Most employers i have work for have been understanding due to my unforeseen circumstances

I have tips for people who are late. Setting Goals, that way you can set a goal for an example you could try set your alarm clock half an hour earlier or if your going by car use a different route to get to work/study,

While it’s a long list of skills, it’s not necessary for you to try to work on them all at once. Just pick one or two, work on it, pick a couple more, and so on. For example, prioritization. The ability to prioritize is one of the most important time management skills you can have.

Why?

Because if you aren’t doing what’s important, it doesn’t matter how efficient you are doing your unimportant task – you are still wasting your time.

Make sure you know what your most important tasks are at your job, what your goals are for your life, career, work, relationships, etc., and what your priorities are in life.

Then, make sure you work towards these.
